We ship orders each day and every week via Royal Mail, Fedex or International Courier
Standard Worldwide Shipping is FREE on All orders over £99.99.

UK Shipping is Free 

International Shipping
DHL or International Signed For rates will be calculated at the checkout; obviously different rates apply for different regions. Please note all International Mail is Recorded

DHL International Next Day Signed For is usually within 24 hours depending on the UK cut off time, wind, rain and weather, the absolute maximum is 3 days! Please note a very few countries do not offer this service.

Please note all goods are located in and shipped from DE Germany and take about 1 week to arrive in Europe. 

If you can buy it then it’s in stock! However if for some inexplicable reason it’s not available then we will contact you within 24hours to offer a refund or remedy!

Prices and Tax.
The price given for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are then shown in the checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order.
The price you pay will includes VAT for all deliveries within the EU. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties, however these are very rarely incurred on small items.

Payments are accepted securely online via Paypal, or via Bank Transfer or Credit Card Please contact us for bank transfer details. You may order using credit card by telephone – at the contact number provided

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have the right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your money, a store credit or replacement goods.

Notes about Shipping

We can ship to nearly any address in the world even Kathmandu! But please note that there are restrictions on some of our products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Any weekend orders placed are shipped on Mondays.

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Some items / zones will have flat rate shipping costs. Some promotions may also have free or discounted shipping.

Also please note that the International Shipping Rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. And that to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We offer a full 14 day return policy on all unworn items.
If you have received the item and are not totally happy with the quality or you feel that the color is not right then we are always happy to offer a full refund or replacement service.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. We always make every effort to ensure the photograph is taken in conditions as close to natural daylight as is possible. If you are unsure of your colour then please order are color shades rings which are available under the products section.
If you are unhappy with a colour or shade of your product you can ask for an alternative by simply contacting us or using the exchange request label in your parcel. Please do not wear or try on styles if you are unsure about the colour. We make every effort to show you as many image views of our products as possible. Different computer screens have varying screen resolutions which may affect the image tones, contrast or quality.

Un-returnable conditions…
Wigs and hair items that have been used, tried on, worn out for a night, brushed, styled or used are non-returnable. This is for hygiene reasons due to the intimate nature of their use. Wigs with odor, cosmetics or perfume smells are also deemed unfit for resale and are also non-returnable.

Just to try..
Wigs must be returned unworn, unused and with tags attached in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. It is not acceptable to purchase our various array of wigs / hair items simply to ‘try them on'.

If you do need to make a return

You may return most new, unopened, unworn items in a resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (this is if you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds will only be issued once the item has been sent back and inspected. Once received the refund should normally be within 5-7 days and is typically made on Friday afternoons.

Possible Allergic Reactions
Some of our products are made with synthetic fibre. Although very rare, some people with sensitive scalps (particularly those suffering hair loss and/or eczema) and allergies to man-made fibres such as nylon or plastics could suffer an allergic reaction to the fibre.

Data use, Privacy and Consumer Rights 

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this website. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
